the king room was clean, but the elevators made scary noises and had I been in a better mood, I may have complimented the front desk on how they spilled my check-in information aloud for all to hear. for the cost, I expected a free breakfast or some sort of upgrade that never materialized. I'm just so disappointed.

The room had a comfy king-size bed with five plush pillows, perfect for a good night's sleep. I found the room clean, with a well-maintained bathroom and a nice shower that worked perfectly without any temperature issues. The fridge was a handy touch for storing snacks. Breakfast included decent options, though they could use more variety. the seating was a bit tight with only four small tables. I faced a bit of disappointment when I arrived, as the hot tub was closed, which I was really looking forward to using. Also, cleaning staff entered my room unexpectedly while I was unpacking, even though nothing was missing. Overall, I appreciated the friendliness of the front desk staff, but some lack of communication about amenities and cleanliness protocols could be better.

It’s not all bad, but it’s not all good
The breakfast was delightful with various hot options, and the indoor pool was a nice way to relax.
The staff showed a lack of compassion, and the cleanliness of some amenities could have been improved.

No bathtub stopper provided!!! Poor water temperature in the tub!!! Elevator noise was alarming!!! Overpriced compared to similar hotels in the area!!! Communication regarding late checkout was unpleasant!!!

The room was very clean, you can tell they actually clean the floors.
My experience at this hotel was quite frustrating. I faced an issue as the shower had tepid water, which was very disappointing after a long day. I found the breakfast lacking, as there were no healthy options and what was available was not fresh.

Cozy stay with a few quirks
We spent a night here, and the bed was super comfy! The room was tidy, and the shower was on point. But the fridge had a weird smell like someone left food in there. Also, the elevator made some odd sounds. The dining room had decent coffee, and there’s a yummy BBQ place close by to check out.
